Curriculum Implementation: Designing and monitoring play-based and activity-oriented learning frameworks that promote holistic development.
- Staff Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to pre-primary teachers and support staff.
- Parent Engagement: Managing communications, conducting orientations, and leading Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Student Well-being: Ensuring child safety, hygiene, and a joyful, inclusive classroom workplace.
- Event Management: Planning and executing extracurricular activities, celebrations, and transitional programs for young learners.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Degree or Postgraduate in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or specialized training in Montessori/NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- Experience: Typically 3 to 7 years of experience in early years teaching, with prior leadership or coordination responsibilities.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deep knowledge of child development principles, and a high degree of patience.
