KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger management.
- Prepare journal entries, debit notes, credit notes, and accounting vouchers.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Review and monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
B. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Generate MIS reports, variance analysis reports, and financial summaries.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership review.
C. SAP & ERP Operations
- Operate SAP FI/CO modules for financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Extract, analyse, and validate financial data from ERP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP.




- Coordinate with IT/ERP teams for process improvements and reporting enhancements.
D. Taxation, Audit & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of compliance records.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
E. Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
- Support and guide junior accounting staff.
- For managerial role, lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring process efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and financial discipline across departments.
