About the Role

BuildAmbit is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success & Support Executive to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for our enrolled students and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Success & Student Support
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate support to students and clients
- Assist students with onboarding, session access, LMS navigation, and program-related concerns
- Ensure a positive and smooth learning experience throughout the program lifecycle
- Maintain empathetic and solution-oriented communication

2. LMS & Technical Support
- Learn and manage the company’s LMS/ERP platforms efficiently
- Help students with basic technical troubleshooting and platform navigation
- Coordinate internally for resolving technical issues or access-related concerns
- Support in maintaining program dashboards, trackers,



and operational workflows

3. Operations & Coordination
- Track onboarding, attendance, student participation, pending tasks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams including Program, Sales, Mentors, SMEs, and Tech teams
- Maintain accurate records and daily updates using Google Sheets/CRM tools
- Ensure smooth execution of ongoing programs and operational activities

4. Follow-Ups & Issue Closure
- Proactively follow up with students and internal stakeholders for pending actions
- Ensure end-to-end ownership and closure of every query or issue
- Escalate critical concerns with proper urgency and context when required

Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn software platforms and tools
- Comfortable using:
- Google Sheets
- LMS/ERP/CRM platforms
