About the Role: We are seeking a performance-driven marketer who blends data with creativity and leverages AI to amplify results. You will lead paid growth, optimize digital funnels, and drive measurable revenue while aligning with Snusha’s luxury positioning. In addition to paid campaigns, you will contribute to overall marketing initiatives including brand storytelling, organic growth, and AI-powered content innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaigns: Plan and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

Performance Optimization: Improve ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions through testing and iteration.

Audience Strategy: Execute targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.

Data Insights: Derive actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.

SEO & Content: Integrate SEO strategies to support organic growth.

AI Integration: Use AI tools for faster execution, predictive analytics, and content optimization.

Brand Marketing:



Support overall marketing initiatives including storytelling, influencer partnerships, and luxury positioning.

Budget Management: Scale winning campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing and digital strategy

Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Ads

Understanding of SEO fundamentals, eCommerce funnels, and brand marketing

Mandatory proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, predictive

analytics platforms, etc.)

Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

Excellent English communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel)

Tools & Platforms

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify (basic)

SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.)

Canva/Photoshop (basic), influencer marketing platforms

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
