Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management, strategy, product management, or business operations.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools and a willingness to learn.
- Direct experience leading the strategy, development, and deployment of impactful AI/ML solutions in a business or consumer context.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale, complex initiatives requiring extensive change management, senior stakeholder alignment across conflicting priorities, and execution at scale.
- Deep knowledge of global HR/People Operations processes and service operations transformation.
- Passion and advanced ability to organize highly complex information to structure decision-making and align senior stakeholders.

AI Garage is a new initiative within People Operations (POps) and Corp Engineering,
