Senior Data Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis &

- Insights • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis and performance assessments using quantitative methods. Reporting &
- Visualization • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data reporting processes.
- Present analytical findings and business recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Data Management &
- Quality • Validate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Establish data quality standards and monitor adherence.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data architecture.

Advanced

Analytics • Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Develop KPIs and metrics frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Support data-driven initiatives through hypothesis testing and scenario analysis.

Stakeholder

Collaboration • Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to drive business improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,



Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
