THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who thinks in ideas, not just words.

Someone who can take a brief, find the interesting thought behind it, and turn it into sharp, memorable communication. You should have experience working with established brands and be comfortable developing work across both mainline and digital.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative instinct, an opinion, and the ability to push an idea further.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop big ideas, campaign platforms, creative concepts, and compelling copy across mediums.
- Turn briefs and insights into fresh, culturally relevant ideas.
- Work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Account Teams.
- Build creative territories, moodboards, campaign narratives, and visual + copy directions.
- Write everything from campaign lines and headlines to scripts, social content, and brand stories.
- Present and sell your ideas confidently.




- Keep an eye on culture, trends, conversations, and what’s next.
- Guide junior writers and contribute to raising the overall creative bar.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–7 years of experience in advertising/creative agencies.
- Experience working with established and premium brands.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to find the unexpected angle.
- Excellent command over language, storytelling, and writing.
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and traditional advertising.
- Comfortable collaborating with the art team to build ideas visually.
- Someone who can take an idea from “What if…” to “Let’s make it happen.”
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong campaign thinking, not just good writing.
