Role Description The Senior Creative Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for leading the visual direction of campaigns, designing brand identities, and creating high-quality digital and print assets that align with client goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, designing graphics, web layouts, and social media creatives, and collaborating with marketing, content, and technology teams to ensure consistent brand expression.

Designer will oversee design projects from brief to delivery, provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, and maintain high standards of creativity and execution.



The role also involves participating in client discussions, translating business objectives into design solutions, and staying current with industry trends and design best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong creative design capabilities, including concept development and visual storytelling, with proven experience in Creative Design and Graphic Design.
- Advanced skills in Graphics, including layout, typography, and imagery for digital and print touchpoints.
- Expertise in Branding, including brand identity creation, brand guidelines, and consistent application across campaigns.
- Experience in Web Design, including user-focused interface design and collaboration with UI/UX and development teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar) and familiarity with digital marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work for diverse brands and industries.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
