Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring timely closure of deals.

- Oversee software contract management, including licensing agreements and SLAs.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Analyze complex contractual documents to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably in Contract Management role.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).

- Robust understanding of Software Contracts, Legal aspects, SLA Management, and Contract Negotiations.
