Essential Job Functions:

- Identify and assess BOM cost reduction opportunities across technical, commercial, and sourcing levers Support should-costing, benchmarking, and cost break-up analysis for shortlisted parts / suppliers Work with engineering, procurement, and business teams to validate ideas and drive feasibility discussions Support alternate supplier identification, RFQ analysis, and sourcing strategy development Develop fact base for supplier negotiations, including benchmarks, cost models, and negotiation levers Prepare management-ready analyses, trackers, and updates for project governance forums
