Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in construction project management , with mandatory experience in hospital building projects .

The candidate will be responsible for managing civil construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of hospital projects as per quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise hospital building construction projects from execution through completion.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities, schedules, resources, and manpower.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Supervise civil construction activities including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works .
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective action when required.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality control.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of civil and MEP works.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and productivity.




- Prepare and review progress reports, site reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and statutory requirements .
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, and handover activities.
- Manage project risks and escalate critical issues to management.
- Ensure timely completion of the project within approved cost, quality, and schedule .

Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Mandatory experience in hospital building construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of building construction, RCC, finishing, and civil works.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
- Ability to independently manage site execution and project activities.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Bangalore .

Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience in large-scale hospital / healthcare construction projects will be highly preferred.
- Experience handling projects from execution to handover will be an advantage.
