Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple concurrent operational projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives
- Excellent understanding and exposure to Intermediate to Advance Excel and PPT, work closely with Operational leaders to create visual decks & dashboards for daily, weekly & monthly cadences
- Leverage latest AI-powered tools within Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams AI features) to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making
- Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and monitor execution to achieve desired outcomes
- Drive data-driven decision-making by utilizing AI-enabled analytics and dashboards (Power BI equivalent) to track project performance and KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Automate repetitive workflows and optimize operational processes using AI and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Identify project risks and dependencies,



proactively implementing mitigation strategies using predictive insights from AI tools
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve project efficiency, innovation, and organizational capability
