Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion solutions for critical finance and supply chain operations. You will act as a techno-functional expert, collaborating with various teams to design scalable solutions and improve platform efficiency. The position also involves identifying AI opportunities within business processes and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions for financial and supply chain processes.

- Build and enhance integrations with connected systems using APIs and middleware.

- Support and troubleshoot complex production issues and critical business transactions.

- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and drive platform improvements.

- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for delivery and operations.

Must-Have Skills:





- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain modules.

- Hands-on experience with application integration practices (APIs, middleware).

- Proven ability to independently manage medium-to-high complexity user stories.

Industry Experience:

Experience with enterprise applications in finance and supply chain domains is required.
