Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Consultant – Freelancer to help us identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and bring current business opportunities to the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills and be comfortable working independently on a performance-based model.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Find and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable software/IT solutions.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and assist in closing business deals.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales,



Lead Generation, or a related field.
- Experience in IT/software sales or services is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work on a freelance and performance-based model.
