We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow to define product requirements and steer delivery for a ServiceNow implementation end-to-end. You will shape scope, surface risks, and align schedules while partnering with engineering, QA, and product through build, test, deploy, and improvement.

Responsibilities

- Identify stakeholders and collect input to define and refine requirements
- Own a explicit, streamlined scope definition across the full program
- Create and keep up to date documentation for program and project management needs
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features across the software project lifecycle
- Serve as scrum master, manage project schedules, flag potential issues, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders
- Drive release schedules and milestones, sustaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- Provide hands-on software development and project management, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage inter/intra team communications to achieve outstanding program outcomes

Requirements





- Extensive IT experience with 5-10 years in the field
- Hands-on background with 4+ years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical areas
- Direct involvement with 1+ year of ServiceNow implementation work
- Proven track record managing end-to-end execution for programs spanning multiple engineering teams, with software development exposure
- Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
- Practical experience using Agile software development methodologies
- Scrum master experience leading teams through development sprints
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

- Software Engineering experience
- Problem-solving experience in fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Background working cross-functionally in highly integrated teams with technical and non-technical members
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
