We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow to drive requirements definition and ensure engineering delivers a successful ServiceNow implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders, control scope, and run Agile execution with clear risk and schedule management across build, test, deploy, and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

- Elicit and consolidate stakeholder input to define and clarify requirements
- Maintain a concise, program-wide scope definition
- Produce and update documentation that supports management of the program and its related projects
- Coordinate with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to move high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle
- Run scrum ceremonies as scrum master, manage schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders
- Plan and own release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced setting
- Contribute hands-on software development and project management, enable cross-functional coordination,



and strengthen inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes

Requirements

- 5-10 years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
- 1+ year of experience contributing to a ServiceNow implementation
- Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
- Scrum master experience with ownership of development sprints
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
