Role Description The Senior Bartender will work full time in office at KOFUKU in Delhi, India, overseeing bar operations and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Daily responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, recommending drink selections, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar area.

The role involves supervising bar staff, managing inventory and stock rotation, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.

The Senior

Bartender will handle cash and POS transactions accurately, coordinate with the kitchen and service teams, and support the creation of seasonal or signature cocktails.



This role also requires training junior team members, addressing guest feedback, and contributing to a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with guests and coordination with team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including familiarity with cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Candidates should possess proven Bartending skills, including drink preparation, garnishing, and bar setup and breakdown.
- Candidates should possess accurate Cash Handling skills and experience with POS systems and basic reconciliation.
- Relevant experience as a senior or lead bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations; formal bartending or mixology training is an advantage.
