Technical Requirements

- 5-10 years’ experience in SAP BASIS

- Experience managing multiple projects comprising short and long development cycles without supervision.
- Experience writing technical design docs and driving them through development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills ensuring zero ambiguity and clear direction in a manner suiting the audience.
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership including direct and dotted-line supervisory responsibility.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Well experienced in different versions of SAP systems – ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0,SAP S/4 on HANA, SAP BTP
- Experienced in SAP BW, CRM, Portal , Solution Manager
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Very good understanding of business requirements, strategy, and the business setting




- Has defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
- Is fully responsible for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.

Education And Experience

- 10+ years in IT/ SAP Basis
- Certification in HANA Administration
- SAP BASIS Administration Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of designing solutions for products similar or within the domain.
- Very good understanding of business requirements, strategy, and the business environment
- Profound work experience in managing technical product teams.
- Has defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
