Position - Backend Engineer Python & Node.js

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and Node.js.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Develop AI/NLP and document/data processing pipelines and integrate LLMs/AI services.
- Design and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Work with EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.
- Design scalable databases and optimize queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and preferably Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and deploy applications on Kubernetes/EKS.
- Implement monitoring,



logging, security, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code/architecture reviews, and contribute to technical planning.

Required Skills:

- Python & Node.js – Expert
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
- OAuth2, JWT, API Security
- AWS Cloud – Robust hands-on experience
- Docker & Kubernetes/EKS
- SQL & NoSQL Databases
- Working knowledge of React.js / Next.js
- Experience with AI/ML, NLP, LLM integration is preferred.
