Roles & Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop exterior and interior visualization concepts as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to understand design intent and presentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic images and animations within project timelines.
- Modify and improve visual outputs based on client and management feedback.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D visualization.
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Lumion:
- 3ds Max:
- V-Ray:
- SketchUp:
- D5 Render:
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and interior detailing.
- Solid creative visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle projects independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in walkthrough animation and presentation rendering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
