What you'll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients,



owning deliverables from intake to completion and following up on every open item until it is closed
- Use AI tools, automation, and Elevation AI's agentic platform to get things done — not wait for someone else to do them
- Coordinate human specialists and AI agents across multiple workstreams simultaneously, compressing timelines from days into hours
- Translate client needs into clear, specific tasks and hand them to the right people with the right context — specialized work goes to the team, everything else you handle yourself
- Anticipate what clients need before they surface it and act on it before they have to ask
- Identify gaps in available tooling and either source an off-the-shelf solution or work with the Solutions team to build what is missing
- Monitor progress across workstreams, flag risks early, and resolve blockers without unnecessary escalation
