Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
- Book and manage appointments with distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct product demos and effectively pitch the brand and products to distributors and outlets.
- Visit outlets regularly to build solid business relationships and drive sales growth.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Upsell existing outlets through regular follow-ups and a strong sales conversion approach.
- Drive repeat orders and ensure achievement of reorder targets.
- Implement aggressive brand visibility strategies across Super Stockists (SS), distributors, and outlets through both online and offline activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing distributor and outlet networks, including activating dormant customers and expanding product penetration.
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across all reporting formats.
- Collect and analyze market data from distributors and outlets, including MOMO purchase quantities, brands purchased, monthly buying frequency,



and purchase behavior trends.
- Execute activities as per approved work plans and sales strategies.

Experience Required

3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.

Qualification

Any Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
