Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and patient flow
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses & support staff
- Ensure smooth OPD, IP and emergency operations
- Monitor service quality and resolve patient issues
- Prepare daily reports and support unit administration
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate scheduling of staff duties, shifts, and resource allocation
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and coordinate with the purchase/store department
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Liaise with vendors, diagnostic partners, and external service providers for operational support
Requirement:
- 1-3 years experience in hospital operations
- Positive coordination & communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
