Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Support:
- Assist the lead teacher in lesson planning and delivery.
- Help with classroom activities, doubt-solving, and assessments.

2. Student Engagement:
- Support in conducting practice sessions, revision classes, and mock tests.
- Provide personalized attention to students needing extra help.

3. Content Development:
- Contribute to the creation of notes, assignments, and test papers.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing test performance data.
Qualifications:
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (1-2 years preferred) in CBSE or competitive exam coaching (NEET/JEE) is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with digital tools and technology-based teaching.
