Job Title:
Customs Clearance Executive

Gandhidham / Kandla

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Customs Clearance Executive to handle import and export documentation, customs clearance procedures, coordination with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and government departments for smooth cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of import/export documents.
- Handling customs clearance process through ICEGATE and SEZ portal.
- Coordination with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Filing and follow-up of Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, and other customs documents.
- Knowledge of SEZ procedures, endorsements, and gate pass formalities.
- Follow-up for DO, IGM, VGM, Form-13, invoice, packing list, etc.
- Ensure timely clearance of shipments and avoid detention/demurrage.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.




- Coordination with internal departments for shipment planning and dispatch.
- Basic knowledge of GST, import-export compliance, and logistics operations.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of customs clearance and documentation.
- Experience in import/export and SEZ operations.
- Familiarity with ICEGATE, ODeX, and shipping documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any field.
- Experience in customs clearance/logistics preferred.

Experience:
- 1 to 3 years preferred.

Salary:
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
