A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required for company operations. The role involves vendor management, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Compare and analyze product quality and pricing.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve issues related to supply delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
