Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing).

Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads including audience targeting, campaign setup, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

Run WhatsApp Marketing campaigns using approved tools, automation funnels, and broadcast strategies.

Monitor daily performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS and optimize budget spend.

2.⁠ ⁠Social Media Management

Develop and execute SMO strategies to increase visibility and engagement across all platforms.

Manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).

Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content to improve reach and followers.

3.⁠ ⁠Creative & Design

Create eye-catching post designs, ad creatives, banners, reels thumbnails using Canva, Figma or Photoshop.





Work with the content team to develop engaging copy for ads, reels, and social media posts.

4.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Campaign ROI

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM tools.

Optimize lead funnels for higher conversion and lower CPL.

Maintain weekly and monthly marketing performance dashboards.

Exposure to SEO & Website Optimization will be an added advantage.

You need to have very strong english communication, read, write & listening skills are required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Google/Facebook/Insta/LinkedIn Ads: 1 year (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (required)
