Fab Connect is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a full time opportunity at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in customer support, tele-calling, grievance handling, and customer relationship management.
Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Experience: 1 Year
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Department: Marketing / Customer Support
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, Whats App, and other channels Manage inbound and outbound customer calls Follow up on service requests, complaints,



and issue resolution Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely closure Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets Track recurring customer concerns and prepare daily/weekly reports Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Inbound & Outbound Tele-calling
Customer Query Handling
Complaint & Grievance Resolution
Customer Relationship Management
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates from E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, Service Industry, BPO, or Contact Centrebackgrounds will be preferred.
