The Team:We are looking for a Lead Data Steward, focusing on Corporate Structure data and Third-Party data Integrations, who will be part of a fast paced and dynamic Reference Data Management team. This is IC role where individual should have exposure of working closely with data, product and technology teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Corporate Structure data projects (requirements gathering and consultation, groundwork & analysis, sizing,



collaboration with Technology and Product teams on implementation)
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Technology and Data stakeholders to ensure the development of a clearly defined data strategy. Collaborate closely with operations teams to set specific quality, timeliness and comprehensiveness goals, as well as associated data policies and procedures. Provide leadership and accountability to the Data Stewards that are part of your team.
- Innovate and own delivering solutions that will improve customer experience, quality and reduce process cycle time.
- Develop program vision and timelines, gain buy-in for that vision across senior leadership.
- Converting raw complex data into easy-to-understand information through data visualization.
