Experience : 5+ yrs of exp in real estate is mandatory
- Responsible for Store Handling, Indent preparation, Receipts & Issues, Inspection of material, Material Handling, Material storage,
- Coordinate with purchase, site engineers, and vendors for material requirements
- Overall responsibility for all Stores functions.
- Verify material quality and quantity at the time of receipt
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages
- Maintain book v/s physical stock
- Timely action to control/liquidate non-moving, slow-moving items.
- Manage and supervise daily store operations at the real estate/construction site
Pay Scale : Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
