We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong leader to head our Freight Forwarding business unit in Mumbai.
This role comes with full P&L; ownership and requires someone who can drive revenue growth, operational excellence, customer retention, and team performance in a high-growth logistics environment.

- Air Freight
- Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL)
- Customs Clearance
- Business Development
- Team Leadership
- Strategic Growth & Profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- 15-20 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Strong leadership background with proven revenue and GP delivery
- Deep network within the Mumbai logistics ecosystem, including BCOs, CHAs, Shipping Lines, Airlines,
and NVOCCs
- Experience building high-performance sales and operations teams
