Specific requirements for the position include:
- Educational Background: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing.
- Licensure: Active registration with the Indian Nursing Council or relevant State Nursing Council.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2-3 years managing nursing staff and coordinating clinical operations.
- Management Credentials: Additional certifications, such as an MBA in Hospital Administration, are preferred
