Customer Support Specialist
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Incentives in USD

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Explain company services, placement procedures, enrollment process, and associated fees in a clear and skilled manner.
- Coordinate payment collection and ensure timely processing as per company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer support, telesales, inside sales, or client handling preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
