Key Responsibilities:
This role is part of Alcon's Project Management function, a team that ensures all regular and one-off projects are planned, organized, and executed effectively to help our people and the world see brilliantly. The Principal I, Project/Program Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for leading project teams in IT/Engineering/Scientific projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly completion while meeting technical and quality standards. You'll drive problem-solving and innovation using scientific principles.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 - 11 years of total experience.:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and contribute to the organization's growth and success.:
- Microsoft software experience is required.
- Lead and direct project teams in the design, implementation, and modification of technical projects
- Prepare project execution plans and identify necessary technical and business resources
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical, quality, and scope requirements
- Stay current on advances in the field of IT and changes in the organization’s business processes
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
- Interface with stakeholders and vendors to ensure requirements are met, resolve issues, and assess risk and change
