The Polymer Candle Operator - Fabrication, DF Skid & Trolley Assembly and Testing is responsible for supporting current manufacturing operations and future expansion of Polymer Candle fabrication, including in-house assembly, bubble testing, and packing. This position is critical for ensuring smooth production flow, product quality, and compliance with safety and process standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

This position reports to the Sr.



Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing Operation, located in Pune and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the prospect to:
- Core Manufacturing Execution: Performs precise assembly of polymer candles and related components as per SOP. Executes bubble testing to validate product integrity and prevent defects.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with stringent quality standards through in-process and final inspections in collaboration with quality team. Maintains accurate documentation for traceability and audits.
- Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Follows Standard Work, KANBAN, and 5S principles to maintain lean manufacturing and reduce waste. Provides feedback from the shop floor to support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- EHS Compliance: Handles material movement and bubble testing with strict adherence to safety protocols. Proactively
