Job Description: Senior Project Manager (Buildings & Public Infrastructure)

Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned, leadership-driven Senior Project Manager (10+ Years Experience) to spearhead the comprehensive execution, quality management, corporate liaisoning, and fiscal oversight of government building projects in Mahabubabad, Telangana. As a senior leader, you will be entirely responsible for Resource & Budget Control, strategic drawing approvals, inter-departmental coordination, and driving aggressive government bill submission follow-ups.

Key Information

- Experience Required: 10+ Years (Must have extensive experience heading commercial, institutional, or government building structures).
- Preferred Experience: Relevant experience in Government Building Works, Railways projects and CPWD works is a significant plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Resource & Budget Control




- Take complete ownership of the project's profit and loss (P&L;), establishing rigorous baseline budgets and tracking cost codes meticulously.
- Enforce high-level resource management parameters for machinery, materials, and specialized sub-contractor teams to guarantee maximum efficiency.
- Conduct critical material reconciliation audits regularly to eradicate on-site wastage and manage micro-level project cash flows.
- Identify potential budgetary risks early and devise immediate mitigation plans to protect margins against price fluctuations.

2. Drawing Approvals & Engineering Oversight
- Act as the primary interface with government architects, Chief Engineers, structural consultants, and regulatory authorities to fast-track drawing approvals and statutory clearances.
