HuddleOut.io is a self-serve B2B marketplace where corporate teams in Bangalore can discover and book team outings — day resorts, adventure activities, creative workshops, dining experiences, sports, and wellness — without back-and-forth calls or opaque pricing.

HuddleOut is founded by Arjun Tuli, who built SOS Partyover the last 9 years into a company that has delivered 2,000+ corporate events for organisations across India and globally, and successfully returned capital to its investors. HuddleOut applies that experience in corporate events to a product built for scale.

About the Role

This is HuddleOut's first hire in Bangalore. There is no office — you will work from home and spend a significant portion of your time in the field, meeting vendors and clients across the city. You will work directly with the founder and own the Bangalore operation end to end.

What You Will Do
- Visit and evaluate venues, resorts, studios,



and activity providers from our curated Bangalore shortlist
- Pitch the HuddleOut partnership and onboard vendors onto the platform
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships — you will be the face of HuddleOut in Bangalore
- Conduct quality checks on experiences before they go live
- Meet corporate clients when an in-person conversation is needed before or after a booking
- Coordinate day-of logistics to ensure smooth execution of bookings
- Relay market intelligence to the founder — current venues, trends, competitor activity

Who We Are Looking For
- Must be based in Bangalore
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, events, F&B;, travel, or experiential industries
- Conversant in Kannada — you will be walking into venues across the city where this matters
- Comfortable working independently from home with no on-site manager or team
- Comfortable initiating conversations with venue owners, GMs, and corporate decision-makers
