We are seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic, and strategic Head of Operations to oversee our multi-site food courts and cafeteria operations. As a reputed food services provider, we deliver exceptional culinary experiences across corporate, institutional, and commercial hubs.

Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Site Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple food courts and cafeterias, ensuring compliance with global food safety, hygiene (HACCP/ISO), and quality standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, portion control, waste reduction, and cost-effective resource management across all sites.
- Implement standardized SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery, presentation, and culinary quality.

2. Client Relationship & Retention
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for corporate and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients to align on expectations, SLAs, and contractual deliverables.
- Proactively address client feedback and resolve escalations with speed and diplomacy to maintain long-term partnerships.





3. Customer Engagement & Participation
- Design and implement cutting-edge strategies, food festivals, and curated menus to boost daily footfalls and user participation.
- Utilize customer feedback mechanisms (surveys, digital feedback loops) to capture shifting consumer trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
- Foster a consumer-centric culture among site teams to elevate the overall dining experience.

4. Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Develop, negotiate, and manage relationships with food brands, commercial vendors, and raw material suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, ensuring strict adherence to quality, commercial agreements, and safety protocols.
- Optimize the vendor mix within food courts to ensure a diverse, exciting, and profitable culinary portfolio.
