We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who understands contemporary fashion visuals and can execute quickly for a social-first, high-volume content brand.

Role Overview

You will support the creative team in translating ideas into daily content, shoots, and graphics that align with Neev’s visual language.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in art direction for reels, live content, and daily posts
- Create Photoshop-based creatives, layouts, and quick turnaround graphics
- Support shoot planning: moodboards, references, styling inputs
- Be hands-on during shoots (styling, coordination, execution)
- Adapt content quickly for same-day / next-day posting
- Maintain consistency across Instagram, website, and live formats

Key Skills Required
- Strong basics in color, typography, and composition
- Proficiency in Photoshop (must),



basic Illustrator
- Understanding of social media formats & visual hooks
- Ability to execute fast and take direction well
- Basic sense of fashion styling & garment presentation
- Awareness of what works visually on Instagram vs just positive design
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Ideal Profile
- Background in Fashion Communication / Design / Contemporary Art
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Someone who is quick, observant, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setup

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
