Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The role focuses on ensuring smooth platform operations, accurate product management, and efficient order handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Ensure product information accuracy and proper categorization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns/refunds
- Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads and stock updates
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain reports on sales, orders, and inventory
- Ensure smooth functioning of the website/app and report any issues

Requirements & Skills




- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar role
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
- Basic knowledge of order management and inventory processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
