US Healthcare AR Caller.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in US healthcare operations (Voice role preferred)
- Hands‑on experience interacting with clinics and insurance companies

Strong understanding of:
- Prior authorizations and referrals
- Provider and insurance workflows
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal comprehension, clarity, and professionalism are mandatory)
- Ability to manage escalations and time‑sensitive healthcare cases
- Positive working knowledge of healthcare systems, payer portals, and medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in RCM, Care Coordination
- Familiarity with US insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid)
- Exposure to CPT, ICD‑10, and authorization guidelines
- Graduation is mandatory.
