Job Title: Bowling Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic, smart, and presentable individuals to manage and oversee daily bowling operations at a premium entertainment facility. The role requires excellent customer handling skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bowling alley operations smoothly
- Assist customers with game setup, lane allocation, and scoring systems
- Ensure all bowling equipment and lanes are properly maintained and functional
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide prompt resolutions
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for any operational issues
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the facility
- Support in organizing events, group bookings, and promotional activities
- Monitor usage of lanes and optimize customer flow





Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge

Experience:
- Prior experience in Bowling is mandatory
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service will be an advantage
