Job Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support solar installation projects, documentation, and coordination with field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project documentation and reports
- Coordinate with installation teams and vendors
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch records
- Track project progress and maintain data records
- Assist in tender documentation (if applicable)

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of back office /solar experience
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Robust organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of solar projects preferred
- Graduate (Commerce / Admin preferred)
