Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Handle product uploads, keyword optimization, titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability.
- Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central operations including account health and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and international selling standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably Amazon international marketplaces).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace algorithms.
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword research tools.
- Basic understanding of international shipping and export processes is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
