About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how a brand is actually built from the inside.

This is not a typical “social media manager” role. You will work directly with the marketing and social media head and be involved in execution, analysis, and idea generation across content and growth.

If you’re curious, proactive, and serious about building skills in brand, content, and digital growth — this role will give you real exposure.

What You’ll Do

Content Execution & Publishing
- Assist in planning and executing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeC
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and collaborators
- Ensure consistency in posting and brand voice

Performance Tracking & Insights




- Track key metrics across platforms (reach, saves, shares, followers, engagement, etc.)
- Maintain weekly dashboards and highlight insights
- Identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities

LinkedIn Management (Brand + Founder)
- Manage posting, comments, and engagement
- Build a strong brand and founder presence
- Track performance and optimize strategy

Idea Generation
- Research trends, formats, and content styles, tracking competition
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and experiments
- Assist in testing and iteration

Brand & Market Tracking + Events
- Monitor brand mentions and competitor activity
- Track search trends and audience conversations
- Identify insights for content and positioning
- Events execution
