Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales / Marketing
Location: Kala Amb Road, Dera, Naraingarh
Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head
Employment Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Salary Range: 10000 - 20000 (As per experience)

Joining: Immediate Joiners

Job Duties:
1. Identifying and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies

2. Making multiple outbound calls to build business relationships with current and potential clients

3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions,



responding to client requests for proposals

4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

6. Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets

7. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and maintaining both short-term and long-term business development plans.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
