Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements for home and office furniture
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options to customers
- Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs and budget
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and earn incentives as per company policy
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status and timely delivery
- Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and customer details
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product arrangement
- Stay updated with new furniture designs, trends, and materials
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials (wood, fittings, finishes)
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Presentable personality
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
