Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all sports activities and programs in the school
- Develop training schedules for students across different sports
- Guide and mentor students for inter-school and intra-school competitions
- Manage sports staff and coordinate daily activities
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment
- Promote physical fitness and sportsmanship among students
- Organize annual sports events and tournaments
- Maintain records of student performance and participation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school environment
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in sports (coaching/playing)
- Relevant certifications in sports or physical education
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
