Job Summary:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Provide regular updates on order status, production progress, dispatch schedules, and any delays.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure effective resolution in coordination with internal teams.

Order Tracking & Reporting
- Track customer orders from RFQ stage to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to gather accurate status updates.
- Prepare and share periodic reports (daily/weekly) with customers and management.
- Highlight potential delays or risks proactively.

Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up on RFQs and customer inquiries.
- Support senior team members in developing new business opportunities.

Internal Coordination
- Work closely with planning, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally.




- Facilitate smooth flow of information between departments.

Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain records of customer communication, order status, and commitments.
- Update CRM/ERP systems regularly with accurate data.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling ability.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
