Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with integrity
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
- Assist in drafting letters, reports, and official communications
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of management
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support in basic office management and coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
